Take I-95 South to I-695 West. Take Exit 29 off of I-695. This will put you on I-795. Take Exit 9B toward Westminster (Rt. 140). Stay on Rt. 140 for approx. 9 miles. Make a Left onto Center Street. Go through the 4-way Stop Sign to the traffic light at Main Street. Make a Left onto Main Street. Travel approx. 1 1/2 blocks to the Carroll County Visitor Center on your right: 210 E. Main Street, Westminster.

Take I-95 North to I-695 West. Travel around the beltway(I-695) to Exit 19. This will put you on I-795. Take Exit 9B toward Westminster (Rt. 140). Stay on Rt. 140 for approx. 9 miles. Make a Left onto Center Street. Go through the 4-way Stop Sign to the traffic light at Main Street. Make a Left onto Main Street.
